Simón Londoño

Art director and graphic designer based in Cali and born in Medellín, founder of the design studio SL Studio, created in 2018. In his career he has developed more than 150 brands for various countries and industries. Graduated in Visual Communication Design from Universidad Javeriana Cali.
He has received several design awards, including the International Architecture & Design Awards 2023 Platinum for Best Brand Identity, the Clap Award Platinum 2022 for Best Graphic Brand Design and the Clap Award Platinum 2020 for Best Advertising Illustration. He was recognized as the Best Young Talent at the Latin American Design Festival 2019 and winner of the first Bacánika Illustration Salon in 2014. His projects have been featured in the sixth and seventh Latin American Typography Biennial 2014 and 2016 and he enjoys 10 nominations for national and international design awards.
In addition to his studio, he is a professor at DOMESTIKA, where his course has almost 2000 students and was a university professor at the Universidad Javeriana Cali for 7 years. He has been published in books such as "Domestika: Talento Jóven", 2020; "Optimum Type: Custom Typography and Application" 2020 and "Freestyle, Illustration in Urban Fashion" 2018, both from Sandu Publishing.
