During my professional experience, the ability to self-manage, manage costs, resources, personnel, administration, personnel management, flexibility and resilience, a high sense of professional responsibility and professional ethics, as well as empathy with clients and relatives at work, valuing efficiency and effectiveness, optimization in the generation of process and procedure design, always oriented towards achievement and service within a specific or target market based on solid research of this market and a constant prospective look and technological surveillance in order to reach innovation without eliminating pre-existing technologies, without neglecting the interdisciplinary look of solving a problem. I consider having a broad conceptual and formal management, by using various languages that develop alternative thinking by using divergent and convergent thinking systems, artistic, cultural, scientific and from various areas of engineering, which makes me someone who tends to productivity and recursion, for which a high tolerance to stress is essential, counteracting with high capacities in decision-making, teamwork and assessment of the knowledge of others, the latter due to the experience generated in 27 years of professional work.
