Monica Diaz Marin

Colombia – Canada

Mónica is a Visual Designer (University of Caldas) with a master's degree in Film (University of La Sorbonne Paris 3) and in Cultural Business Administration (HEC – Montréal). He has worked in different cultural institutions with an artistic and social service vocation. 

Thanks to her work accompanying indigenous organizations in Colombia, Canada, Peru, Chile and Bolivia, she has been interested in the indigenous narratives of the world. She is currently working on the search for distribution channels for works created in indigenous communities. She is also committed to multiple cultural organizations that seek, through cinema, to amplify the voice of historically marginalized communities.
