Pietari Keskinen is a doctoral student in Aalto University, Finland. His research is focused in digital ways of supporting livelihood creation in global south.
Heike Winschiers-Theophilus is a Professor in Computer Science in the Faculty of Computing and Informatics at the Namibia University of Science and Technology, and a pioneer in co-designing technologies with indigenous and marginalised communities.

This work offered insights into how ordinary citizens redesign bureaucratic tools to bring them into alignment with moral and
pragmatic expectations.
