Tangni C. Dahl-Jørgensen is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She is currently working in conjunction with the research project Digital Infrastructures and Citizen Empowerment (DICE), an interdisciplinary study researching the process and effects of digital transformation on society. She is interested in digital innovation in public sectors and the inclusion of citizen in the design processes of new technology from a sociotechnical perspective. She has a master’s degree from the University of Oslo in Communication, Design and Learning an interdisciplinary program about ICT for learning. Her master’s thesis was about the use of social media in increasing engagement and participation in city planning as a part of the research project Co-constructing City Futures (3C).
Elena Parmiggiani (email: parmiggi@ntnu.no) is an associate professor in Digital Collaboration and CSCW at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from NTNU (2015). She teaches empirical research methods and digital innovation at NTNU and is interested in studying the sociotechnical challenges of implementing, integrating, and maintaining digital platforms and information infrastructures, and in the methodological stakes of studying distributed and long-term arrangements. She has published primarily within information systems and computer-supported cooperative work. Elena sits in the Advisor Board of the Scandinavian Journal of Information Systems (SJIS) and is the representative of Norway in the board of the IRIS Association since 2017.
