Water is the essential point of origin, the womb in which humanity was/is/will be conceived. The return piece imagines a perpetual drowning of the mind in water, an evolutionary setback as a celebration of the mother fluid. Calling up its varied meanings both in its poetic / metaphorical potential and in its environmental realities and indispensability.
Video-performance project started in 2011, in which the artist submerges his head in geographically distant waters.

As far as we know Pirate Fishing is the first gamified, interactive, online investigation in the world! Set in Sierra Leone, the audience takes the role of a journalist and films South Korean trawlers fishing illegally in protected coastal areas stealing fish from local fishermen.
