Alberto Novello


Alberto Novello (also known as JesterN) is a multimedia artist, scientist and composer. His main field of activity is based on the creation of probabilistic multimedia architectures, at the technological limit between instability and error.

Lately his interest has shifted from digital systems to experimental analog circuits readapted and/or decontextualized. Alberto Novello's works and performances have been presented in national and international festivals of importance for contemporary music such as Centre Pompidou Paris, Amsterdam Dance Event, Venice Biennale, New York Computer Music Festival; among others.

He has been director of the Hexagram Center for Research-Creation in Media Arts and Technologies of Canada; coordinator of the Multimedia Communication Area of the Ministry of Education of Argentina; researcher at the Music, Technology and Innovation Research Center of De Montfort University in England.

    N2U is a French contemporary art duo created in 2016. At its origin are artists Eric Szerman (director and composer) and Camille Turlot (videomaker, author and performer). Both musicians by training, with a degree in business for Eric and a degree in philosophy for Camille, they started working together in Paris 15 years ago.
