Valeria Radrigán (Chile). She holds a PhD in Philosophy with mention in Aesthetics and Art Theory (U. de Chile), and a Master in Contemporary Art Theory (U.Complutense de Madrid, Spain). Researcher of the relations between the body and technology, specialist in contemporary sexology, cyborg theory, performance studies and media culture.

Her work is characterized by transdisciplinary approaches, addressing the phenomenon of corporeality and its representations from the theory and experience of physical training.

She has worked for more than 15 years as a university professor in Chile in her research areas, maintaining international work networks with various institutions. His most relevant books are: «I feel butterflies on my cell phone.

Body, affection and sexuality in dating apps» (Oximoron, Stgo. de Chile, 2021), «Yto: from the pigment to the electron» (Ocho Libros, Stgo. de Chile, 2018), and «Extremos del volvo» (Cuarto Propio, Stgo. de Chile, 2016).

Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher in digital sexology and transhumanism funded by ANID-Fondecyt Chile and sponsored by Universidad Finis Terrae.
