    "La Graciela"

    The title refers to a herd called "La Graciela", between the towns of Aguazul and Maní in the Department of Casanare, an area where we went to learn about the history and the music. The initial sound reference is the recording of birds and insects in the bush at dawn and dusk.

    "Tear"

    Lágrima, is a sound art piece that refers to the (digital) tears of the Russian "influencers" when they lose their source of income and the feeding of their ego due to the collateral effect of the war in Ukraine; immediately the plaintive singing of Alfredo Sadel appears as something that cannot be understood rationally and that can only be perceived through the phenomenon of sound simultaneity.

    The Alabao and the Gualíes are the songs with which the blacks of the Afro communities of the Colombian Pacific, accompany the ritual of farewell of their dead; with the belief that with the song they help the passage of the deceased to eternity. The alabaos are for adults and the gualíes for children.

    "Paramo de la Sarna"

    The idea arose from a massacre that occurred on December 1, 2001 on the road that leads from Sogamoso, the city where I live, to the Orinoquía region. There, 15 people who were traveling on an intermunicipal bus were murdered. The paramilitaries stopped the bus in that lonely place known as El Páramo de la Sarna, took the people down and executed them.
