X Tele Active Spaces (TEA)
Event that explores various forms of creation using network technologies and remote collaboration. In its years of development, TEA has managed to bring together artists, researchers, and creators from various disciplines to generate new forms of art and communication. Through its activities, Tele Espacios Activos has highlighted the importance of telepresence and collaborative work in the digital age, configuring a meeting space where one can discuss and reflect on the challenges and opportunities offered by media-mediated creation. technologies, in this sense, Tele Espacios Activos has become a platform for exploring new creation techniques and methodologies that seek to expand the limits of creativity and collaboration. It has also been able to foster interaction between people from different countries and cultures, which has allowed the creation of collaborative networks and the exchange of knowledge at a global level.
In line with the International Image Festival, Tele Espacios Activos has organized talks, presentations, installations, concerts and various artistic expressions, consolidating itself as a space that represents a unique opportunity to explore the creative possibilities offered by network technologies and collaboration through distance, and to reflect on how these tools can be used to generate new forms of art and communication in the digital age.
For this year Tele-espacios activos X proposes the collective work "Escenario" led by Mario H. Valencia from the University of Caldas and Michel Dessen at the University of California Irvine, with the production and collaboration of Oscar Villota and Oscar (Tata) Ceballos from the University of Caldas.
