Silvana Bustos Rubio

Graduate, Master and Professor in History and Social Sciences from the University of Valparaíso. Bachelor of Arts, Actress and Diploma in Applied Theater from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He carried out academic exchanges at the University of Sao Paulo and the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has participated in Artistic Residency with the Center for Theater of the Oppressed, Brazil and the cultural group Yuyachkani, Peru. His line of research is the interdisciplinary dialogue between documentary theater, oral history and intangible heritage. He is part of the "Patrimonial Cartography of Valparaíso" team, a project financed by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage of Chile. In his theoretical work, he has reflected on the creation and research processes of the Cía. Mapuche KIMVNTeatro and the legacy of Roy Hart's vocal work in Chile. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and colloquiums in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. Currently, she is studying for a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies of Thought, Culture and Society at the University of Valparaíso, with a scholarship from the Chilean National Agency for Research and Development.
