Resonances of ancestral cultures in art with the use of technology in Mexico
Mexican technological art, also known as electronic art, has indicated through its artists and works, part of the culture and traditions that are part of the national identity. The different native groups that populated the country left enough traces in their wake, in such a way that today there is literature and archaeological remains that account for their beliefs, way of life, and customs, especially those related to their sense of community. and respect for the environment. What has given some Mexican electronic artists, such as Marcela Armas, Amor Muñoz, Fernando Palma Rodríguez, among others, the necessary knowledge to create with pre-Hispanic elements with a strong significant charge, which are a window to the past, give a sense of identity and possible teachings on how to live in harmony with nature and in community, rescuing cultural aspects, to transcend to a better quality of life as a society.
