Raul Niño Bernal
He is a Restorer of Movable Goods and with Postgraduate training as a Political Scientist. He is currently director of the Department of Aesthetics of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, also a professor at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Researcher of the Aesthetics, new technologies and habitability group, classified in category A1 – Minciencias and Associate Researcher – Minciencias. He is also director in charge of the Master's Degree in Artificial Landscapes.
He is the author of various books and articles on the subject of relationships between aesthetics, science and technology, non-linear politics, technological singularity, digital arts and cultural dynamics. Among them are: co-authorship of the book Ecopolitics of Artificial Landscapes (2018). Curatorship of the Irregular Polytopes Exhibition at the Oscar Neimayer Museum in Curitiba, Brazil.
