Lecturer in the framework of the research excellence program "Serra Húnter" of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Teacher and researcher at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. Degree in Biological Sciences and Fine Arts, Master in Artistic Creation, PhD in Fine Arts (International Mention, Cum laude) from the University of Barcelona, with the thesis "Latent Forms. Artificial vision protocols for the detection of analogies applied to cataloguing and artistic creation". She combines teaching, research and artistic career. She has published several essays on the application of computer vision models for the analysis of large collections of abstract art images, providing alternative points of view for reflection and questioning the conventions of our gaze. In her artistic practice, she explores political issues that can be addressed from the image and that involve machine learning technologies, such as information management in the visual archives of the future, the revision of collective memory or artificial creativity. Researcher of national and international projects. She has exhibited her creations at the Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona, Etopia art and technology center, Le Fresnoy studio national des arts contemporains, Les Rencontres d'Arles, Fundación Telefónica, among others.
