PANORÀMIC is the festival that has photography as the protagonist, which is expressed in an expanded way through friendly disciplines such as film, video, installations and other contemporary artistic practices. A singular and unique cultural proposal, initiative of Albert Gusi and Fidel Balaguer (Grisart), and that counts with the sponsorship of Joan Fontcuberta. 

It is the festival of photography expressed not only by photographers but also beyond photographers; from the cinema but also beyond the cinema; from a look inside photography but above all from a peripheral view of photography; from the obverse and from the reverse of that photographic; from the most contemporary to the most risky practices.

OPEN PANORÀMIC is the festival's open call to make visible the creation of new generations working in film and photography. It is articulated as a meeting point from which a network of interaction between creators, programmers and public is generated.

This relational space at Panoràmic is the meeting point where creators, selected by the festival team, will show their work in the official section. Also, a selection of agents from the art world (curators, gallery owners, directors of art centers or visual arts technicians from public institutions) will exchange opinions with the aim of promoting and disseminating the audiovisual creations of these artists through their networks or institutions.
