Lawyer with postgraduate studies in Philosophy and Cultural Marketing. He has been Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Caldas, Director of the Manizales International Theater Festival, Director of Arts of the Colombian Ministry of Culture, and UNDP Consultant in the area of culture and new technologies. He has been manager of the companies Oc Marketing Cultural and Vania Latina Producciones Culturales (Colombia-Spain) and of the management teams of the International Meeting of Arts of Medellín, of "Bogotá Capital Iberoamericana de la Cultura", Director of the Market of the Iberoamerican Festival of Teatro de Bogotá VIA 2012 and 2014, of the "Festival VivAmérica Bogotá" 2008 and 2009, of the Inter-American Forum Culture is Development. Medellín 2009, Executive Director of the Ibero-American Congress of Culture 2010. Director of the Cultural Markets of Medellín and of the Business Roundtables of the Cultural Industries organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and of the Roundtables of Performing Arts and Speaker in Medellín, among other.
In 2014 he was the winner of the ISPA Award for cultural management.
Currently, he is president of REDLAT Colombia, directs CIRCULART ‒ Medellín Cultural Market, the Medellín Vive la Música Festival and the Manizales International Theater Festival.
