Due to the weaknesses in the readability, accessibility and content management of the study plans of the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG), this work seeks to obtain the requirements of a multimedia system that allows an easy creation, publication and visualization of the plans from 2 scenarios: (1) local and external referents, (2) critical users.
