Marcela Rincón is a social communicator, specialist in screenwriting for film and television, project manager of the production company Fosfenos Media.  Screenwriter and director of "El Libro de Lila", the first fantasy film aimed at children's audiences in Colombia. In television she has directed five seasons of the animated children's series "Guillermina y Candelario". She is currently developing her second animated feature film "El Susurro del Mar".

Maritza Rincón is a Social Communicator with a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management. Founding partner of Fosfenos Media where she has been the General Producer of the film ¨El libro de Lila¨, five seasons of the series ¨Guillermina y Candelario¨, the documentaries ¨Hecho en Villapaz¨ and ¨Retratos de la Ausencia¨. He is currently developing his second animated feature ¨El susurro del mar¨.
