Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the School of Political and Social Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Master in Educational Management from the Universidad de Estudios Tecnológicos y Avanzados para la Comunidad. Master in Teaching from the Universidad de Estudios Tecnológicos y Avanzados para la Comunidad.

He has worked as Head of the Department of Graduate Studies and Research at the Universidad Mexiquense del Bicentenario (UMB), coordinating and directing research activities among faculty and students.

He has been, for five years, Institutional Advisor of the Interinstitutional Program for the Strengthening of Research and Postgraduate Studies of the Pacific (Dolphin Program). He has served as General Coordinator of the International Fair of Research, Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the UMB. Expert in integration and postulation of technological projects, research and entrepreneurship, in various calls for public and private institutions.

Coordinator of the works for the creation of the Doctorate in Studies for Peace at the UMB. Author of the book "Crónicas del Encierro". Author of the book "De la Vida y de la Suerte".

He took the Diploma in principles and explanations of teaching under management and planning contexts of educational models for the best development of education for quality purposes.
