Director, producer and audiovisual scriptwriter, Specialist in Audiovisual Practices, Master's Degree in Colombian and Latin American Literature from the Universidad del Valle and professor of Social Communication at the same university.
Dorado's career in the audiovisual world began making documentaries, especially through the award-winning Rostros y rastros, his debut film El rey, which won the Best Colombian Film Award at the Bogotá Film Festival, was nominated for the Goya 2005 for Best Spanish-Speaking Foreign Film and was selected by Colombia for the 2005 Oscar Awards. His most recent production is the documentary Apaporis, secretos de la selva (2012) which already has multiple international awards.
