Jorge Bandera

Designer, specialist in multimedia and interactive creation who has master's studies in design. In addition, he is a university professor with experience in areas such as artificial spaces, bodies of the future, art and science, experimental animation processes, immersive image creation, extended reality, interactive installations, and expanded formats.

His work has been exhibited at various festivals of new media and electronic art, such as KinoMural in Poland, Minsk Fulldome Festival in Belarus, Astra Film Festival in Romania, FAAMAI Digital Arts Hub as attached in Thailand, Macon Film Festival in the United States, NUR International Media Art Festival in Kazan, Russia, VOLTAJE art and technology fair in Colombia and the International Image Festival in Colombia. Currently, he is linked as a professor at the Faculty of Arts of the Universidad de los Andes, and at the TadeoLab of the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, where he investigates and explores spaces for interdisciplinary co-creation that dialogue between scientific, technological and contemporary artistic practices.
