Founder and Director of Poliedro, Colombian innovation agency. With his company, he has led multiple leading innovation projects in culture, technology and education in Latin America. This has made it worthy of significant awards in Colombia such as: Young Leader of Americas by the United States Government (2016), Crea Digital Award 2013 and 2016 awarded by the Ministry of Technology and the Ministry of Culture, winners of the EDI call 19 of INNPULSA 2014, winner of the Young Creative Entrepreneur Award- British Council 2014- digital category-, chosen as one of the 100 best Managers in the country in 2014 for the magazine Manager and chosen as one of the 42 most innovative Colombians in the country by the newspaper El Espectador on its 128th anniversary (2015) and finalist in the Start-Up Tel Aviv 2016. Poliedro was chosen by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá within the framework of the Bogotá Music Market-BOmm-2015 as a success story.
Likewise, she served as coordinator of stimuli, international cooperation and circulation for music and assistant for the arts in the Ministry of Culture of Colombia (2005-2009). She was coordinator of the renowned Festivales al Parque program (Rock, Jazz, Salsa, Hip Hop and Colombia al Parque) for the District Institute of the Arts and has been a jury member, lecturer and adviser on entrepreneurship lines for various entities such as the Chamber of Commerce from Bogota.
