Trained in Barcelona and New Orleans, she is also a sound engineer graduated from EICTV, Cuba. He has worked in direct sound with directors of international prestige. In 2002, he won the Goya Award for Best Sound for his work in the film Te doy mis ojos by director Icíar Bollaín; also nominated in 2014 with the film Caníbal by director Manuel Martín Cuenca. From his interest in the new forms of construction and perception of sound, the project El Bosque Acústico was born, a set of live recordings that he makes in public spaces. He is dedicated to the study and analysis of the soundtrack in the cinema and gives seminars on sound expression at different universities and educational centers in Spain.
