David Delgado

Mexico

Civil engineer and master's degree in systems engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with honors. D. in engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.

Author of 4 books, more than 100 technical articles and leader of 10 scientific research projects on engineering. He has given more than 25 international conferences in Germany, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, China, South Korea, Costa Rica, United States, Holland, England, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Singapore and Turkey. 

He has worked for the Comisión Federal de Electricidad, a Mexican electricity generating company. He currently teaches undergraduate, master's and doctoral courses at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, where he has been a University Counselor.

At the School of Engineering, he has been a member of the Academic and Governing Council, Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Decision Analysis, Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Engineering Sciences, Head of the Civil Engineering Division and Academic Assistant Director.
