DA Restrepo-Quevedo

Restrepo-Quevedo is a professor and researcher at the Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano for the Visual and Interactive Design Academic Area. D.A. has studies in Graphic Design, Specialization in Multimedia Creation, Master in Media Arts, Master in Interaction Design and User Experience Design, PhD in Design and Creation and PostDoctorate in Education, Social Sciences and Interculturality.

In D.A.'s postdoctoral research, she conducted media anthropology for distance education in Latin America and the Caribbean from 1900 to the present. D.A. is the author of different articles and papers reflecting, through cognitive science, on the influence of mode forms, creativity and motivational profiles in the management and transmission of knowledge within communities.

Restrepo-Quevedo understands that technologies have the great potential to transform lives and it is from there that she develops her academic, research and artistic work. She is currently Director of TadeoLab at the Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
