Asher Remy-Toledo is a cultural producer based in New York (Colombia) with more than two decades of experience in the sector. He is the founder and current director of the Hyphen Hub, a New York-based non-profit organization working at the intersection of art and creative technology, creating live events, salons, and exhibitions focused on the new frontiers of technology. . The organization has developed a broad global community of selected individuals and institutions working at the forefront of emerging art and technologies.

Hyphen Hub is a partner and creative director of Journey Experience NYC, a new restaurant model that fuses gourmet food, theater performance, fashion-technology, immersive multimedia and mixed reality in its different areas.

Asher has been part of the team of curators of the International Image Festival for several years, which brings together a large group of artists, curators and professionals from the creative industries. He has been the curator of the Maker Fair in Rome, an annual festival that works at the intersection of the creative industries and art. He is a member of the selection committee for ARS Electronica, the Linz, Austria-based festival, which is the oldest new media festival in the world. Asher has partnered with Culture Hub on several occasions to create a festival of new media performances titled Visions of the Future, and has been a frequent contributor to several of Culture Hub's programs.

His past endeavors include co-founding No Longer Empty, a New York-based non-profit arts organization that occupies empty spaces in the city and creates site-specific installations. Started in the 2008 recession until it closed in 2020. NLE worked on the regeneration of abandoned buildings through art projects and the development of educational and training programs in collaboration with schools in disadvantaged neighborhoods of New York. Co-curator of the Liverpool Biennale in 2010 Co-founder of the New York Creative Technology Week (NYCTW) 2016 the main nexus to showcase digital technology in both the art world and industry. Created and developed the 1st and 2nd Media Lounge for Art Miami 2008 and 2009 — Created and directed the Remy Toledo Gallery in New York from 2004 to 2006. Co-founded Yuanfen Gallery, China, the first art gallery and media technology incubator for communication from mainland China.
