When a place

This work explores the relocation and adaptation to a new territory, in this case, the city of Madrid, Spain. It is based on field recordings during walks, which are integrated as routine through reiteration.
In these journeys, both casual and intentional, the aim is to activate listening as a practice of contemplation and to generate a mental cartography of the environment. The text serves as an enunciative axis, deploying an internal voice that relates to the spaces through movement and circulation.
Physical experience is considered material, both in the articulation of thought and in the construction of new meanings.
