If we consider that 95% of the Universe is invisible to the human perceptual apparatus, developing mechanisms to expand the human senses is a fundamental task.

We know that art, science and technology already do it. The methodology involves procedures ranging from dreaming, having insights, speculating to developing, implementing and testing ideas in new languages and tools.

The idea is obvious and irreversible, but it presents a huge challenge: these technologies and languages must be operated by everyone!
