Colombian designer (1977), she has a degree in Industrial Design with an option in Literature from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota and a Master's degree in Digital Humanities from the same institution.She has 19 years of experience as a designer, in which she has led visual communication projects for the cultural sector and private companies. She is currently a consultant in different corporate projects and works as a university professor.In 12 years of academic experience she has been in charge of courses in experience design, visual communication and digital media. As a researcher she has developed projects in experience design and communication for communities and digital humanities focused on systems for information visualization, data and cultural analytics.
Her creative interests revolve around the exploration of digital technology as a tool for communication and for the construction and interpretation of narratives. Among his recent topics of study is the Colombian literature of the nineteenth century and its possibilities in digital ecosystems, particularly the work of the writer José Asunción Silva and the writer Soledad Acosta de Samper.He has participated in previous versions of this festival (2008 and 20012), in The Tenth International Conference on The Image at Manchester School of Art and Design (2019), in the Colombian Network of Digital Humanities (2019) and in the Biennial of Posters of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (2004).
(For the project "What Remains" (2021), we had the collaboration of Jaime E. Forero Romero, astrophysicist and professor in the Department of Physics at the Universidad de los Andes. His main research interests are cosmology and artificial intelligence. He is currently collaborating in the creation of the largest map of the Universe with the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument).
