Claudix lives at the intersection of the digital and the physical. As a performance artist, Claudix becomes a real-time interface of Virtual and Augmented Realities. Their work also questions gender roles and neocolonial power dynamics in technology and internet culture. Their recent work is a provocation on the human embodiment of Artificial Intelligence, as a form of transhumanism. The incorporation of AR and VR in their performances blends new technology with ancestral traditions. Claudix's work has been presented in galleries and festivals in Latin America, the United States, Europe and Asia. In 2023, their performance Non Fuckable Tokens was presented at Ars electronica (Linz), SXSW (Austin), Tabakalera (San Sebastian), DOCK11 (Berlin), Kindergarten (Bologna) and more. Their first film VR Permiso Para Bailar (Denegado) premiered at IDFA (Amsterdam) and was presented at New Images (Paris), La Mama (NY), SANFIC XR (Santiago) and others. After censorship in Peru, the film Amy Camus AR was presented at Miami Art Week at the Perez Art Museum.
