Cesar Mazo

Audiovisual Communicator, specialist in electronic journalism and master's degree in Digital Communication. For ten years he has worked in research, teaching and management of strategies for the social appropriation of digital information and communication technologies (ICT). He currently exercises the role of articulator of Digital Culture in the Public Library System of Medellín. 

Public Library System of Medellín, is a program of the Secretariat of Citizen Culture of the Mayor's Office of Medellín operated in an inter-administrative agreement with the Pilot Public Library. It is made up of 34 Its purposes include guaranteeing free access to information, reading, writing, knowledge, thought and the enjoyment of culture for all citizens, promoting active participation in the different stages of life to contribute to the consolidation of a society that recognizes its sociocultural conditions, interacts with other cultures, capable of using and generating information and knowledge to transform its life and its environment with a participatory and democratic spirit.
