Colombian composer and sound artist, based in Barcelona since 1987. His work as a sound engineer, documentary filmmaker and researcher on the soundscape and the use of technology stands out.
Professor of sound art and sound for interactive systems in various institutions in Barcelona. For more than a decade he was co-director of Sonoscop and the Zeppelin Sound Art festival, projects of the Orquestra del Caos, based at the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona.
Professor and founding member of IDATbcn, Institute of Design Art and Technology of Barcelona.
Professor of soundscape in the Master in Sound Art at the University of Barcelona.
He currently directs the line of research on interactive systems at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia. IAAC.
