Manager of the Cultural Agency of the Bank of the Republic in Manizales. Professional in Philosophy and Letters from the University of Caldas, with a specialization in Strategic Project Management from the National University of Colombia, Manizales headquarters. With solid experience as a journalist, editor, manager and cultural coordinator in different institutions in Caldas, developing activities related to editorial support for different print media, production of journalistic content of a cultural nature, creation of collections for the promotion of reading, improvement of processes and management of collections of the library of the University of Caldas. He has served as Director of Libraries and Editorial Director of the University of Caldas, Editor of the Luminia Newspaper and Coordinator of houses of Culture in Manizales, among other positions.
