WorkshopsI am a multidisciplinary designer and programmer, creating interactive experiences for spaces and screens, and using data-driven computational design processes. I enjoy working on projects from concept initiation, research, through tonal outcome creation, for clients, commissions, and in collaboration with others. I am Course Leader in UX/UI Design BA(Hons) and a Senior Lecturer on Ravensbourne's Graphic Design BA(Hons) at Ravensbourne University London.

WorkshopsThis group of four organizers contains the expertise of senior and junior scholars together with young researchers, affiliated to Technical University Vienna in Austria, and Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia. The organizers have extensive experience in designing, studying, and publishing about open participatory processes, digital technologies, and resilient development in various geographical, institutional, and social contexts.

WorkshopsWe are a diverse group of people with backgrounds grounded in architecture, design, media studies, and sociology. We share our interests around the topic of commons/-ing and Participatory Design. Andrea is based between Aalto University (FIN) and Universidad de los Andes (COL); Anna at Malmö University (SWE); Frederick at Federal University of Technology Paraná (BRA); Giacomo, Joanna, and Sanna (currently on maternity leave) at IT University of Copenhagen (DK); and Maurizio at Aalborg University (DK).

Catalina Alzate
WorkshopsCatalina Alzate (she/her) is a Colombian designer, artist and educator, currently a Teaching Associate and MFA candidate in the School of Arts, Technology and Emerging Communication (ATEC) at the University of Texas at Dallas. Her practice is rooted at the intersection of social sciences, participatory design and Feminist science and technology studies. Her professional experience has been based in Colombia and India, where she has worked in community-based technology design, feminist participatory research, art-mediated pedagogy and collective decision-making.
