Art-science [technology]. New ways of knowing
Monday June 15 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
This presentation deals with that area of knowledge that occupies a field between what we traditionally call art, and what we define as science. Navigating between complexity and communicability, analytical thinking and intuitive creation, true and false, right and wrong, objective definitions and emotional experiences, the possibility of learning and doing without taking the disciplines as closed compartments but rather as foundational elements that help us produce without intellectual limitations, allows those who venture to explore new transdisciplinary paths to serve as catalysts, applying an innovative look that produces results beyond what is expected by the formal modes of knowledge construction.
