He received the Best Story Film Award at the III Villa de Balmaseda Amateur Film Contest for the short film Tres, ten.

        He graduated in architecture from the Universidad de los Andes in 1996, and since a year before he has been dedicated to digital creation. He has also worked as an Adobe consultant for Latin America since 1998 and is a professor at the Javeriana University of Bogotá in the faculties of Social Communication and Architecture. He is an illustrator, photographer and columnist for Proyecto Diseño magazine. In 1998 he founded, and continues to run, the training and digital development company MonitorCD, an educational institution located in Bogotá that has trained hundreds of people in Web Design and programming.

She is Director of the research projects: "Aesthetics of the new information and communication technologies", on architecture and electronic design and "Qualitative indicators for the analysis of the urban habitat". He has made presentations in Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Belgium, Bolivia and France. She has been a consultant and adviser on urban plans and cultural projects, including the Comprehensive Plan for the Center of Armenia (1999) and on urban programs for the Ministry of Culture, Directorate of Children and Youth (2001).

He has been the founder or director of the Muestras Euroamericanas de Cine, Video y Arte Digital organized by the University of Buenos Aires between 1995 and 2002. He has edited numerous film, video, TV and multimedia publications and for his work he has obtained scholarships and awards to develop his artistic and academic work in Germany, Argentina, Spain, Switzerland and the United States. He is a professor at the Universidad del Cine and the Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero.
