Postgraduate degrees in Computer Science Simón Bolívar University (Venezuela) and London School of Economics and Political Science (UK). Professor at the Central University of Venezuela. His area of research and teaching is information and communication technologies for development with an extensive teaching career in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Member of the Management Committee and researcher of the project "Knowledge Management at the UCV". He is currently Director of Research and Strategic Advisor in Education at Fundación Telefónica de Venezuela. Consultant in ICT developments and impact evaluation of the use of these technologies for various organizations. Consultant for the Redes y Desarrollo Foundation (Funredes), a regional non-governmental organization dedicated to ICT projects for development. He was National Coordinator and later President-Founder of the Academic Network of Research Centers and National Universities (REACCIUN), the first Internet service provider in Venezuela. He was Director of the School of Computing of the Faculty of Sciences of the UCV. He was a Consultant for the Technology Transfer Center (CTT), a Latin American company that integrates education services. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, published articles in magazines and books within his professional field.

      Marco Maria Gazzano

      Expert of cinema and electronic art, he is Associate Professor of Cinema, Photography and Television in the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy at the Third University of Rome (Università degli Studi Roma Tre), where he is teaching “Film Theory” and “Cinema, Electronic Arts and Intermediality” since 2003. Gratuated in Contemporary History (1980), Ph.D. (1986) in Performing and Electronic Arts, from 1993 to 2006 he has taught “Theory & History of Cinematography” at the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”. He is president of Kinema, a Cultural Association that works in Rome since 1989 managing exhibitions, “educational” and no profit initiatives as well as a fund of videographic works comes from quality television and new television. The fund consists of about 10,000 pieces created by the most important international authors from the Sixties till now.

Entitled The Technologies of Creativity: Contemporary Art and Science Connections, it analyzes new forms of art that incorporate technological and scientific aspects, for example, those artists who work in biology or study virtual environments and robotics in favor of innovation and the creativity.
