Bruno Tackels is a PhD and Philosophy Attaché. He was Professor of Aesthetics at the University of Rennes from 1996 to 2001, then at the School of Decorative Arts in Strasbourg where he continues to lead a "playwriting workshop" for stage designers. He is a documentary producer for 'France culture' and is a founding member of Mouvement magazine. Joan Heemskerk (1968, Kaatsheuvel) studied photography at the St. Joost Academy in Breda before attending CADRE, the electronic arts laboratory at San Jose State University in California. In 1994 he started working together with Dirk Paesmans.
