The Silhouette
La Silueta is a graphic projects office led by plastic artists Juan Pablo Fajardo and Andrés Fresneda. It has an independent publishing house that publishes art, photography, illustrated books, comics, and graphic novels, among others. It encourages the research, creation and experimentation of its authors. It has more than fifty published titles. His books are characterized by being carefully produced editions. La Silueta has also developed different curatorial projects that are related to the publishing world. Among them are: "Nereo López, a storyteller", a multiple exhibition that has been organized in different schools in Bogotá, in the Luis Ángel Arango Library and all the cultural branches of the Banco de la República, the Book Fair of Oaxaca and PhotoEspaña/Cuenca; "Sergio Trujilo Magnenat, graphic artist 1930-1940", traveling exhibition for the branches of the Banco de la República; "El loop", Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá; «Latin America is a town in the south of the United States», PhotoEspaña; "All power to the people! Emory Douglas and the Black Panthers”, the Bank of the Republic and “Revolutionary Publications”, El Parqueadero, Luis Ángel Arango Library.
