April 10th 2025 - As a preventive measure, we recommend that attendees traveling to Manizales for the festival get vaccinated against yellow fever, as local authorities have issued an epidemiological alert due to an outbreak of this viral disease. More information here.

- Registration fees are based on the date of payment receipt (not the registration date). All prices are expressed in US dollars and Colombian pesos.
- Accreditation is personal and non-transferable and does not constitute an invitation. Those interested in attending the festival must cover their travel and accommodation expenses in Manizales and Bogotá.
- Student registration: Available for those who have a valid student ID card. As a student, you must upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your institution verifying your student status during registration.
- Anyone who registers for in-person attendance but later cannot travel to Colombia will be transferred to a virtual registration type and will not be refunded the difference in the fee.
- In the event of a situation beyond the control of the organization or the Festival, no full or partial refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

- If speaker must pay the speaker fee under the student category.
- Faculty members from the University of Caldas and the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá must pay a voluntary fee of $150,000. Faculty members participating as speakers or artists in the call are subject to this same fee.
- Graduates of the University of Caldas and the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá receive a 50% discount on each applicable fee for their respective cases.
