Born in Bilbao in 1976, Maria Ptqk is a curator, researcher, and cultural manager specializing in the intersections between the arts and technoscientific culture.
She holds a PhD in artistic research from UPV-EHU (with an Extraordinary Doctoral Award), a degree in Law, and a degree in Economic Sciences. She also earned a DEA (Advanced Studies Diploma) in Public International Law from Paris II – Sorbonne University and in Cultural Law from UNED – Carlos III University of Madrid.
