
Visual Designer from the University of Caldas, with advanced studies in Aesthetics (National University of Colombia) and a Master’s degree in Aesthetics and Art History. He is currently a PhD candidate in Design, Art, and Science at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, where he also teaches at the Faculty of Arts and Design. His academic work is marked by a strong integration of research and creative practice, with a historiographic perspective that explores the image, materiality, and their implications within local and national graphic production. His approach intersects visual studies, art history, and critical thinking, contributing to the contextual analysis of graphic practices in Colombia. From this perspective, his projects help deepen the understanding of visual languages as builders of memory and material culture, positioning him as a significant voice in design studies from a Latin American perspective.
