Director of Tadeo Lab and Professor at the Faculty of Arts and Design at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University of Bogotá. Graphic Designer, Specialist in Creation, Master in Media Arts, Master in Interaction Design and User Experience Design, Ph.D. in Design and Creation with internships in Evolutionary Psychology, and Postdoctoral researcher in Education, Social Sciences and Interculturality, and in Cognitive Science. Her research focuses on cognitive science and design, exploring topics such as conceptual and mental models, motivation profiles, design cognition, the pseudoscience of multimodality, systemic perspectives on creativity, and sociological frameworks including communities of practice, social learning theory, creative and cultural industries, and emerging technologies for experience development.

She is a lead consultant and advisor to the General Royalty System for Jorge Tadeo Lozano University of Bogotá. She has developed numerous projects with local communities and the national government. As an entrepreneur, she has a portfolio of over 400 mobile apps. Her research has resulted in multiple publications, both in academic articles and books, as well as in artistic works based on research-creation. She has been invited to present her work at numerous international scientific events.
