Results of the XXI International Image Festival call for entries

XXI International Image Festival - SURtropías

The curatorial and academic committee of the International Image Festival 2022, is pleased to announce the selection of the proposals to participate in the following categories: 

  1. Academic Call XVIII International Academic Forum.
  2. Artistic Call
  3. Interactions
  4. IX Market of design, electronic art and technology. 

Thanks to the outstanding participation of researchers, teachers, students, artists and professionals in the areas of design, art, science and technology, we will have the opportunity to meet to discuss from the idea of Surtropía, emerging concepts that beyond geopolitical borders, allow us to guide the exploration towards alternative forms of critical and proactive analysis of various realities, thus contributing to the social appropriation of knowledge and continue to be an academic reference in Colombia and Latin America.

1. Pre-selected Academic Call XVIII International Academic Forum

The selected participants must send their complete proposals through the following platform https://www.conftool.org/festivaldelaimagen2022/ until August 5th, 2022 at 11:59 pm (Colombian Time) to be evaluated for submission and publication with ISBN registration code. The template to be used to upload the complete work can be downloaded from the following link:

Once the final notification of approval is received, it should be noted that in order to obtain the right to present and publish the paper, authors must pay, individually, the registration fee for the event. With this accreditation they will be able to attend the activities programmed in the XXI International Image Festival.
