PhD in Philosophy – Estética (1995) has been the creator and producer of the weekly program En torno a las artes (Radio de la Universidad de Chile) for 25 years. He has published more than thirty-five books, both in his theoretical area (General Aesthetics, Aesthetics of digital art, Epistemology of Art History, among others) and literary (poetry and narrative); his essays and articles in national and foreign magazines exceed one hundred.

She has been invited to teach courses and seminars in her specialty at Universities in Latin America and Europe. He has participated as a speaker in International Congresses of Aesthetics, Semiotics and Philosophy. He is a member of the International Associations of Aesthetics and Semiotics. She has been nominated as an award jury in visual arts competitions in Chile and Europe and as a jury member of the National Council of Culture (Chile). She currently works as a Full Professor at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile (PhD, Master's and Bachelor's degrees), in courses on Aesthetics, Aesthetics and Philosophy, Philosophy and Digital Art, and Epistemology of Aesthetic Theories.
