He was National Coordinator and later President-Founder of the Academic Network of Research Centers and National Universities (REACCIUN), the first Internet service provider in Venezuela. He was Director of the School of Computing of the Faculty of Sciences of the UCV. He was a Consultant for the Technology Transfer Center (CTT), a Latin American company that integrates education services. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, published articles in magazines and books within his professional field.
